I have become a massive fan of Pepita's since I popped them in the frying pan. On a cold winters day like this, they are incredibly comforting. For these, I put a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Then, I added one and a half cups of Pepita's and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika. Stir the Pepita's around. They should puff up, brown a little and pop a bit when they are ready. I keep a jar by my bedside for late night munchies.
