Edamame are fresh soy beans. They taste so good and they are ridiculously healthy. You can find them in most Asian grocers in the freezer section.
This dish is yummy as a side or by itself with rice.
Take some edamame beans from the freezer and steam them till they are nice and hot. Put them in a bowl and add some thinly sliced marinated tofu, sliced spring onion and a squirt of soy sauce. Mix it all up. Feel free to add some chilli if you are so inclined.
This dish can be eaten warm or cold. I eat it as a quick snack on a regular basis. It can be pretty damn addictive.
