Killer Cauliflower Soup

Low calorie, fat free, cheap, quick and yet somehow incredibly delicious. This cauliflower soup has put cauliflower itself in a whole new light for me. It's really delicious and perfect for the odd little detox.

Time: 15 minutes.
Serves: 2.

• Half a head of cauliflower.
• Either one tablespoon of soy sauce/ tamari or you could use about the same of a good veggie salt, like Vegeta.
•Pepper to taste.

Method:Cook the cauliflower until you can easily pass a fork through it. I recommend either boiling or steaming it.
One this is done, add the cauliflower to a blender with the seasoning and blend until smooth.
Add about half cup to a cup of any left over water from the cooking stage. Don't add too much though, or it will be very watery.

  1. That does sound fine. Sometimes we really do complicate foods by makes recipes oh so fussy. I love cauliflower so look forward to making this. It's 17'C and raining here at the moment. perfect soup weather.
