Breakfast idea.

This is today's 'new favourite breakfast'. I can't take credit for it. It's a Thermomix thing. You can make it in a blender or food processor though. Simples. 

•20gm of almonds. 
•20gm pitted dates. 
•20gm coconut.
•half an apple, chopped roughly. Grr.

Put all these things in a blender or food processor and pulse a few times until it resembles cereal. 
I poured cashew cream on mine. Yep. 


  1. This sounds great. I'm always looking for new breakfast ideas. Is it fresh coconut or the dried stuff?

    1. Apparently you can use either, but I used dried. :)
