Love and gratitude.

I went to a study day on stress and resilience a couple of weeks ago. The teacher brought up the idea of something called 'gratitude letters'. Too often, we only show gratitude to those who have passed. Wouldn't it mean so much more to pen these thoughts and give them to your loved ones whilst they're here? Write a letter to someone you love today telling them how important they are to you. This will help build your own resilience.
